At Dotori, we're currently providing delivering our handcrafted luxury to nail lovers in Canada and USA. Complimentary shipping to Canada on all orders over CAD$80 and free shipping to USA over USD$79.

Your order will be shipped as soon as our nail artists finish handcrafting your nails. We work on business days only (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Once your package is on its way, youโ€™ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

๐Ÿฉน Shipping Damage or Faulty Items Notice

While itโ€™s rare, sometimes items can get damaged during transit or your order arrives faulty. We understand how disappointing it can be to eagerly await a special package, only to find it damaged or faulty. Please donโ€™t hesitate to reach out to us โ€” weโ€™re here to help.ย 

If your order arrives with any damage, please contact us at hello@dotori_nail_van.com and include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once weโ€™ve reviewed your submission for a damaged or faulty item, weโ€™ll guide you through the next steps. Usually, a replacement will be issued โ€” either the same design as the damaged tips or the correct set from your original order, depending on whatโ€™s needed.

Please note: Shipping damage claims should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
