Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or decide you want a different size or style.

To help ensure the perfect fit, please double-check your selections and refer to our size guide before placing your order. Your understanding and cooperation mean so much to us! 💓

📐 Nail Size Help & Reorders

At Dotori_Nail_Van, each nail set is handcrafted to fit your nails perfectly. We know it can be tricky to get the exact fit on the first try, and we want to make sure you’re happy with your set.

If you notice that your nails don’t fit as expected, no worries! You can place a new order with the correct sizes, and we’ll provide a 10% credit to help with the cost of your replacement set.

For guidance on measuring your nails accurately and to claim your discount, just reach out to our customer care team at hello@dotori_nail_van.com. We’ll make sure your next set is comfortable, flawless, and exactly what you hoped for.

🩹 Shipping Damage or Faulty Items Notice

While it’s rare, sometimes items can get damaged during transit or your order arrives faulty. We understand how disappointing it can be to eagerly await a special package, only to find it damaged or faulty. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us — we’re here to help. 

If your order arrives with any damage, please contact us at hello@dotori_nail_van.com and include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once we’ve reviewed your submission for a damaged or faulty item, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Usually, a replacement will be issued — either the same design as the damaged tips or the correct set from your original order, depending on what’s needed.

Please note: Shipping damage claims should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
